Poke Genie will rate your Pokemon's IVs per league. In general you want low Attack/high Defense/HP but there are exceptions. I have a 14/14/15 Galarian Rapidash that rates at 90% for Great League. In any case, I'm pretty sure having the right mon and moveset is more important than having good IVs.If you show us what you have maybe we can put together a team for you.
