Probably Frogadier, easily the most 'Froggy' looking pokemon and I can really appreciate that. I like how gangly it is and it's just got a really good frog face. I think it just looks nicer and more organic than it's evo too. Not that I dislike Greninja, there are just things I would definitely change about it, but I can't say the same of Frogadier, it's basically perfect.
