So why did GF hype up these three bozos when they were just losers that got doped up by Pecharunt to go kill a man and then ate shit and died?
>>57222897The real question is, who was the man, why was he that important
>>57222906He saved Arceus one fateful day. Arceus told him that he can have anything he wanted. The man simply said he desired a daughter he could love. Thus, Arceus created Ogerpon for him. In his excitement he ventured to unknown lands with his beloved daughter.
>>57222916Sounds pretty gay
>>57222906He was important because he was Ogerpon’s partner. Play the game.
>>57222955So?
>>57222897>Kieran starts going into his edge spiral and punches their monument in anger>Visible purple glow effect from his fist when this happens>Loyal Three are inexplicably resurrected immediately after>At the end of the DLC it turns out Pecharunt had been sleeping somewhere else the whole time and had nothing to do with any of thisAs much as I enjoyed the DLC the second half of the story felt very rushed and loose, I don't think it would have necessarily been better if Kieran was being influenced by Pecharunt but it seemed to be leading you to believe that was happening. Him losing any real purpose and motivation after you beat him again is more realistic and better for his character but the narrative struggles for it when he's just kind of there for the hunt for Terapagos part (which also turns out to not really have any meaningful relation to the rest of the game's story).
>>57223440>he's just kind of there for the hunt for Terapagos partI thought the idea was that he went along because intended to steal Terapagos from you just like you 'stole' Ogerpon from him?
