We didn't need more turtles. Between turtles and monkeys they should rename the franchise Monkeys Versus Turtles. Stop with the turtles. It's a nice looking turtle but we already had Blastoise. Actually this one would be okay as a fossil version of Blastoise but that's it. Why did we need six hundred more freaking turtles? What do they add?
Sea turtles are very different from freshwater turtles and merited inclusion.

gives me fond memories of my childhood playing gen 5. Of the 2 times I tried using him in Unova he underperformed compared to the rest of my team, so his existence serves as a gentle piece of my past, back when the 2d games felt new and fascinating. Maybe Ill use him again someday, and finally forget that bittersweet feeling of nostalgia.
