The dex constantly mentions that while it can transform, it needs to not laugh and be able to clearly see its target in order to get the form down and maintain it near-perfectly, you literally never see these imperfections happen in gameplay outside of "oh it only gets 5 PP per move", even if you were to hypothetically use Tickle on Ditto, which should objectively make it laugh and fuck up the transformation.
