The Scarlet/Violet protag is where I got off.

The biggest factor that made the female characters appealing was that they tried to really make them look different from the males so they stood out as their own characters. The Scarlet/Violet protags are clearly just one person interpreted as a boy and a girl, which ruined what they had going.
