It depends on the kind of playthrough you're looking for. Since you already have Wishiwashi (this generation's Gyardos - it's an absolute beast) I'm guessing you're OK with powerhouses. If that's the case, grab Mudbray/Mudsdale with Stamina. Palossand's ok but it's default ability is about useless.
