We've seen from the leaked documents that they only invested $13 million for both this game and its DLC, and that they considered the previous DLC for SV as going over-budget.So objectively, we know they are giving us the bare minimum - yet everyone bought it with open arms. Both critic and user reviews reflect that they didn't think the content was worth the cost, but they had already pre-ordered the DLC so too bad
