>>58826441They gave Mega Sceptile Lightning Rod because Limber would've been too 'safe', Limber only prevents paralysis, Lightning Rod redirects all electric attacks and negates them AND gives a +1 special attack boost if an electric attack is used.With Limber, there is no risk/reward factor, this Pokémon cannot be paralyzed, tough luck, it's way too passive of an ability for a dragon type mega with 145 speed and special attack.
