Do you think they will implement the Wallace line in Gaia or not?

would be a cool idea but gamefreak always goes for tourist-type entry-level references instead of anything actually interesting so probably not. If anything you'll get a mention of certain mons being on some islands or the other and that's it, but that wouldn't be any different than how alola handled it, really.
>>
in the third version they'll replace it with the juan line

The reason Squawkabilly is found in the early routes and you have to go out your way to find Wattrel is a reference to the invasive latinamerican parrots that are destroying the ecosystems of native birds in Spain. If they can do something like that they can make something like the Wallace line, specially considering Kalos almost had something like that already with how the three pokedexes didn't repeat mons

What if, instead of species, these were represented by types? For example, on the left side there are only special types (Water, Fire, Psychic), and on the right side there are only physical types (Fighting, Rock, Bug). Imagine the villagers' surprise at seeing a fire turtle or a steel snake for the first time.

And the main character creates ecological chaos by bringing invasive species from both sides.
>>
Considering we are getting 18 badges again maybe they will represent it by having two sets of gyms, with the league representing the mix of both.

Please, do not bully Rock/Ice Pokémon.

Now that you mention it, does SEA have large snow-covered areas?

Or are they going to try to force climate zones where they don't exist in real life?
>>

Underrated, this made my day

Please leave Wallace out of Gaia.

They have changed the position of most islands
>>
Never heard of this, neat. Is there an explanation for it?

Indonesia's tallest mountain in the Papua region has glaciers.

So? They changed the position of the Geoda de Pulpí and still made it a relevant part of Spain
>>
>>58825108
Indonesian moved these animal manually
>>
>>58825370
That doesn't explain how come so many animals don't go from one side to the other, because many of them could
>>
>>58825493
Indonesian shot the animals that crossed the line

Plenty of time for Wind-kun to have his adventure in indonesian glaciers

I hope so, because it would be literally a great way to get more new Pokemon to fill up for eventual Australia region's pokedex. And it also isn't new as Gamefreak has made Australian animals being found in random regions such as Komala.

Australia's pokedex should have majority of new Pokemon that aren't found anywhere else in the world.
