good pokemon design is a pokemon that you want to catch and use in battle. thats why gen 9 is a pure failure for me. i dont want to have business with any of paldean pokemon. klawf sucks. ceruledge sucks. the rest sucks. good pokemon is when you see a little funny guy, that will turn into big cool guy, not some sonic oc reject. i like picrel, thats a nice fan design. a crab dumbell? why the fuck not. its POCKET MONSTERS, MONSTERS, that you catch and SHOVE INTO YOUR POCKET. a weird thing that makes you curious and want it. thats why gen 1 is superior to others, all pokemon there are catchy, interesting and soulful and now we get LE EDGY SWORDS GUY that no one really cares about besides animefags ig
