ZA is a much better game than the last like 4 gens imo. The main games need to focus on pokemon as characters instead of just "look at them in the grass" set pieces. The side mission are really fun to see how different pokemon are shown off in a more "realistic" way. Like there was a mission where a Scizor was scared of a Tinkaton and just seeing how the two played out was entertaining.
