I really enjoyed the main story and Villain story for doing a good job having characters who don't normally get to interact talking to each other and a lot of pre-2025 events have really engaging writing, but the moment more Paldea shit started showing up they sort of took over everything and now every event is a Paldea event or a Hisui event or the occasional shill character like Lana or Unova (TONS of pandery Unovaslop)You know it's bad when the recent story event introduced Arc Suit Misty and Brock, two characters who have barely gotten ANY attention in the game since launch, and nobody gives a fuck about them because the writing is so God awful now. At least we finally have the Paldea league, with the way they handle things I'm surprised Hassel even got in the damn game
