Well yeah obviously not pokemon over gen 3 can be caught in FR/LG but yeah like he said spinda is catchable on the switch just locked in BD/SP. Celebi, deoxys, victini, zarude, walking wake and iron leaves are event pokemon but can be obtainable on the switch just in SW/SH or S/V. They can be hacked into the game but hacking is not a actual way to obtain it in game instead just do the events.
I haven't played FR or LG so idk if gen 3 is in it but I know gens 1 and 2 are...
Since FR/LG are compatible with Pokemon Home, the events will be in the game but only when you beat it.
