You’ve thought about dexcut, maybe even movecut, but have you ever thought about the items that haven’t appeared in subsequent pokemon games? Are there any items that people actually care about that have noticed their disappearance in the modern games? The useful, the useless, and the miscellaneous? Which items have you noticed made a disappearance and which items, if any, would you like to see return?For me, I did notice that the Berserk Gene only existed in gen 2, and never appeared in future games, not even the remakes! Another item I remember getting in past games was the Sadred Ash, which you usually get from Ho-ohs, it was an interesting item even if it was situational, but only until recently did I notice it has not appeared in any modern games barring BDSP.
