I was gonna say we need a full skeleton mon and not just one that has bones on it like marowak, houndoom or mandibuzz but then I remembered houndstone exists.>>59018138 Mr mime especially comes off as elf like to me, clown like machine elves are a thing. I'm pretty sure that's also part of the inspiration, it blows your mind with lightshows and machine elves are associated with psychedelics. I consider most of the humanoid pokemon to be some kind of elf/fairy/goblin/forrest spirit type thing, it makes them a little more tolerable.
