Do you think a pokemon legends hoenn would include regional forms or mega evolutions?

Probably should. Legends games are a good way of revitalizing an existing setting while spicing it up. Include some new regional forms of mons not from the region (like gen 4-10 mons), add more megas for gens 7-10 mons especially as well as a couple more for Hoenn mons (Absol getting a third mega would be kino, and giving Groudon/Kyogre/Rayquaza new ones would be neat too) and using it as a way to just do whatever we want.
For me the starters would be Sprigatito, Chimchar, and Sobble.

I could maybe see megas happening. Depends of if they put it in the RSE timeline or the ORAS timeline. Regions would be cool, though, and more plausable to me. Hoen forns of newer 'mons would be neat.
