Was Raichu a mistake? I noticed it's a lot less popular than its pre evolution.
Even its mega evolutions need to make it look more like Pikachu.
The problem is that they made it an asshole in its anime debut and it was a bad first impression. If they hadn't done that, Raichu would've been just fine
