Teddiursa should be a Baby Pokémon, along with some others like Tinkatink. There's also some existing Pokémon like Kangaskhan who should get a Baby Pokémon pre-evo. Baby Pokémon are yet another instance of this franchise introducing an interesting idea with bad implementation.

>>59055309Damn because of the anime I always thought that Teddiursa was a baby Pokemon and by extension Phanpy as well because in Pokemon Crystal they were sort of counterparts in a way, both being rare encounters very early in the game only in the morning who had a chance to flee, and I think a few trainers used both side by side too. Teddiursa and Phanpy probably SHOULD have been baby Pokemon honestly. They'd fit right in.
