Still can’t find a Zorua to finish this shit, am I missing something? I’ve been catching almost all encounters this week and only get Ditto at best.

God, I haven't played this in years, but I remember having the same issue with Ditto. I was stuck on a quest for months because Ditto just would not pop up.

Zorua hides as your buddy pokémon. If you don't have a buddy pokémon active, I'm not sure if Zorua can spawn.
Personally, I was buddying with Zapdos, so it was easy to find hidden zorua, they're not claa enough to just *let* Zapdos wild spawn so I knew any I found were baby rusefoxes.
