Having a 50% chance to hit yourself in confusion inflicted by a mon with base 55 speed is extremely broken and ban worthy but having a 60% chance to flinch every turn after getting hit by a mon with base 100 speed is completely okay. It's even more fair if you are paralyzed and have an added 25% chance to be full para'd. There's nothing luck based and stupid about that in any way. But confusion is way too much. That really needed to go.
