Game Freak decides to make a Pokemon game that's effectively a retelling of the first season of the anime with the same world scale, but you play as your own custom character. Which would you prefer?:
1. You're added as a fourth member of Ash's gang and have your own goals instead of becoming a Pokemon Master
2. You effectively replace Ash and just travel around with Misty and Brock, changing some win/lose outcomes of the show and possibly being able to win the Indigo League
