If the UPC is randomized, how do you guarantee you get one of each without murdering someone at Walmart? Good clean paint apps, but you need to keep in mind that they are designed to mimic the artwork, so if the artwork is sloppy or has a bunch of random shading or coloring somewhere the figures do as well. They are much nicer than the figures that come in english Pokemon TCG figure collections at the very elast.

My collection just hit $100k, with the vast majority (~99%) being raw cards.What do I even do here? I generally prefer raw cards and I like having them in my binders. But seeing the potential upside of grading is tough to ignore. Even if my cards came back as graded 8s I'm looking at a huge multiplier in my total valuation, let alone if we get 9s and 10s.
