Why are the handymen/mechanics walking so fast lmao
Fuck off, frog posting retard.
I still cannot connectFix it

Getting the RCT manual from OP doesn't work. Pls repost.
>>10868654Works on my machine, but it's also really easy to find on archive.org.
This is an autistic programmer.Say something nice about him.
>>10868707Not a real programmer. He couldn't make his own compiler.
>>10868713I can't believe the glowies got him before he could port RCT to TempleOS
>>10868301I don't know what else to do. I think this update fucked up a lot of things. Please persist in your attempt harder.
Whats the server IP?
>>1086917297.69.222.117:11753You can connect with the latest stable version of OpenRCT2.
I really like this wooden coaster.
>>10869794I wanted to make up for the compact Woodie I built and subsequently abandoned on Fjords a few weeks ago.
Pretty much done with this area. Very happy with how it came out. Good to get back to something a bit more ambitious.
>>10870129Secondary wide-view.
Does the 4chan kit contain a copy of the game? I feel like playing rct2 for old times sake
>>10871198No, just download it off archive.org or gog-games if you don't feel like paying. Don't forget to get RCT1 while you're at it.
>>10871198Here's both RCT2 and RCT1 for OpenRCT2https://archive.org/details/roller-coaster-tycoon-2-triple-thrill-packhttps://archive.org/details/roller-coaster-tycoon-deluxe
>>10870224>>10870129hell yes, between this area and the monochrome area, this park looks great.
>>10872594this is pretty cool stuff

>>10876297I heard those things are awfully loud?
>>10876437It glides as softly as a cloud!
>>10876439Is there a chance the track could bend?

it is a pretty good monorail though
I've been playing rct3.Really only because I own the discs and getting rct2 would cost me money, but it's fun regardless. After 20 years I'm finally tackling those scenarios.
>>10878019>getting rct2 would cost me moneyNo it wouldn't.
>>10878065I don't like torrenting. I've fucked it up before, and it's illegal where I live to boot and I'd rather not risk that.Skill issue, I know, but at this point I've accepted that it's a skill I don't have.Besides, rct3 is plenty fun by itself.
>>10878075>torrentingNo need.https://archive.org/details/rollercoastertycoon2usarerelease
>>10878079What the fuckThanks, manI'll save this for later, currently I'm already deep into rct3. I want to at least make something out of a big sandbox park before putting that down again.
>>10878084>>10878079This exact post was already made in this thread lol
>>10878084How's your RCT3 adventure been? I was thinking of tackling them myself but I've only gotten a few scenarios deep because I was using a version that made water bug out on high refresh rate screens and it was hurting my eyes. Might get back to it now since the GOG version doesn't have that bug.
I went through every RCT3+expansion campaign map (minus the last three in vanilla) last year, and this is the only screenshot I took, for some reason.Giant slides are overpowered
>>10879073Taking it easy. Just beat checkered flag, box office next. I still haven't quite figured out how to quickly meet shop profit goals, 200/month took me a while.I intersperse my scenario play with fucking around in editors to see what works and slowly expanding my sandbox park with minimal scenery, which is more scenery than I've ever used before.I finally figured out how to enable track intersections so I can tie closer knots and I've used it to make the worst go-karts.Does rct3 have a lower build limit?>>10879978Overpowered how?
>>10880762Actually struggling on box officeWhere the fuck do I get a coaster with >7 excitement and <4 intensity
>>10880762>Overpowered how?You can charge a fuckload for it. I don't remember exactly how much, but it was the highest earner after the twister coaster
>>10881767I always charge by excitement, 1:1. Not fully sure how charging works in rct3 but I remember it working in rct2.
We should run Michigan River again this weekend, seems like there was still plenty of empty space.
Were the RCT3 scenarios any good? I spent 99% of my time in that game in the sandbox mode.
>>10883727From the ones I remember I liked a few of them.
>>10883578That's a good idea, I haven't had a chance to make any huge rollercoasters lately and that map is perfect for some
Michigan River Round 297.69.222.117:11753
>>10883727Yes but the wild expansion one are pretty boring, with the need to resell animals until you reach a certain amount felt less like a theme park game
>>10883727Soaked expansions are the best in my opinion. Vanilla is hit or miss, and Wild is forgettable. One thing to keep in mind with 3's scenarios is that each map has 3 tiers of objectives which can be retroactively be achieved. Some maps can be beaten within half an hour
>page 10
when
>>10884406If you don't beat VIP objectives by their first visits, are you even a real gamer?
>>10887216I always loved the idea of VIP guests. RCT3 had some good ideas.
Hey you forgot to name Handyman 72
>>10888420Andy Mann
>>10888451we already have an Andy Mann
>>10886778I'm waiting on inversion sprites for the giga train so I can recreate this jank.

>>10886778Get in line, Twister coaster is next
I built a big path onto the hill and plan on adding more stuff tomorrow, but anyone can chip in too if the space. Also the race track looks awesome and I'm pumped for the woody racer!
Goddamn fright night is easy lmao
