Hey this 2023 optimized version loads pretty quickly. Not bad at all. It's some sort of Windows CE optimization with some tweaks for GDemu, feel free to try it yourself. Runs a little better and loads much faster but some geometry becomes flickery/weird.

cool, the DC version was pretty slow, my P133 with Voodoo 2 was faster. I thought the 200mhz SH4 would be far more efficient being risc.
It would good if Sega Rally 2 got tweaked being Win CE but from what I've seen Win CE got unfairly blamed for a lot of things.
