Once you get the fever orb, try to flood Memory's screen as much as you possibly can and pray. You will always win the trade since the CPU doesn't ever try to just dodge or keep their own screen clean.

>>12631349Ran is balanced enough, so in theory you can use her both to outlast the opponent(and there is a certain jap who can do that without taking damage at all, even) or by producing enough fireballs/ex attacks that the opponent will eventually fuck up or get completely cornered - but the former is more difficult against CPUs due to their inhuman reflexes unless your character is built for survival(Memory herself is one, by the way, since her own charged attack clears the screen and she's really fast)
