I used to tell the Gawr Gura of the Hololives that she needs to respond to every single chat message in real time while completing every game flawlessly in a no hit speed run.It's like they don't want to be number one.Also I don't know about Twitch but on the YouTube side there is a filter that let's you see all messages you haven't responded to. She probably just sits on that page and responds until its clear.
