They're not doing enough to back or take care of the talents problems it seems. Jelly didn't say anything racist and it seems that they didn't do enough on the background to make sure that Clara wasn't harrassed, on top of not providing enough resources to Memory.

If Phase is going full corpo, with scrutinised speech, I can see pretty much everyone leaving.
Two big components of why the vtubers stay in Phase is that
1- It's a loose corpo, there is some oversight sure, but before this at worst you just got a slap on the wirsts
2- Everyone is pretty friendly with each other, including management
Curtailing speech will completely tank morale. Members will be jumpy, nervous and fight all the time.
Pippa, Tenma, Shiina, Panko, Lia, Lumi, Jelly, Rie and Mari will just straight up leave.
With that big of a hole, others will leave too.

They are under pressure for the PhaseCon shit and twitter people emailing sponsors and venues telling them Jelly is a racist, anti-civil rights, black fase enjoying anime girl, this while also trying to deal with the right-wing crusade against Clara that culminated with Asmongold bringing attention to it and his fans joining the crusade even if for just a momment.
