Hmm. This is pretty interesting. The disagreement seems to stem from one side interpreting "the rebuilding of the garden" as a positive thing. The other side as a negative thing. I guess it's probably neither? Sure, it will cause the antichrist to rise and the abomination of desolation to be put in place, and it will literally be the end of the world. It will cause unseen death, suffering, calamity and destruction. It will cause the bottomless pit to open and will engulf the earth in smoke and people will be tormented by all sorts of demonic creatures, in the flesh. We will have overcame death, but we will wish to die. Surely, that can not be interpreted as a good thing. But these things must come to pass. So that our Lord and Savior Jesus will come. But then again, if the rebuilding of the garden, that will give evil ultimate reign, would be a good thing, then why will Jesus come to destroy it?
