$200 for a few hours of consulting really isn't that crazy, imo. There's a LOT of 1 viewer andys who need to be told that their mics are horrific, their bit rates are awful, and they should be using a commissioned PNG or customizable model instead of their horrific MSPaint avatars. If they do that plus group them into groups of 10-20 and make them watch each other they'd have half a chance of getting out of 1 viewer hell. Sticking with it for several months would be an absolute waste of money, of course, but taking a few extra wagie shifts to pay for some actual advice will go farther than throwing those hours into the viewerless void.
