I mean, you guys are pretty much saying it yourselves. She wants her business to be seen as more legitimate. So she really *does* want you to take down the porn, because that makes it look worse.
Of course that's a deranged cope read anyway, it's pretty obvious it really does bother her. People already noticed weeks in she started to seem to struggle with her fanbase. She could have some other reason why she's doing this (you could come up with a lot... maybe being sick has led to more of her family or friends learning about her vtubing activities) but idk how much clearer it could be that her stance has changed. The note in the video description could be explained as a one-off until she edited it to be longer and clearer that NSFW really wasn't allowed.

Based on her current level of specificity, it could be anything from chronic cancer to fucking alcoholism.
