Reselling the model, selling model textures, and printing 3D figures using the model are all clearly verboten. But that didn't happen. Every piece of merch was made from scratch based on an interpretation of the Filian character and Filian IP. They weren't created as explicit renderings of Rindo, and importantly, they were not MARKETED as Rindo, they were marketed as Filian. Again, these are from-scratch models, that at no point used any aspect of the original file to which the license was ascribed.
