This is drawn from memory.Pretty certain it was a kids cartoon bad guy.He was possibly middle eastern, the most notable feature being like a steepled purple (and red?) hat/crown, possibly with like an amulet at the centre of the hat.Something of an evil Emperor type with a sense of grandeur.Not Jafar from Aladdin, or Dick Dastardly lel. I was thinking something like Jackie Chan Adventures or TMNT or something.
