I do not recall what his name exactly was but i know it started with a G. Hes from this strange show i can't exactly describe but the part he was featured in was on a stage with a blue background with 2 kids standing there talking too him. He's shown as a 3d model and has a deep voice. It also had a laugh track during the segment. I understood none of it because it was in full Japanese. I tried my best too remember his design, he had a blue triangle head, black beret, an apron with various colored splats of paint. MAYBE white cartoonish gloves, i think he had hands and i think there was a ring around him? The footage looked kinda old im guessing 90s maybe?
