do games exist where i can play a trap? specifically i want npcs to notice my character looks like a girl. they don't have to be porn games (i'd prefer something with plot, really) and it would also be nice if body sliders weren't restrictive, e.g. i can give a male character a smaller rib cage, wider hips, narrower shoulders, etc.
