Honestly if you have the cash I would go with someone from Etsy. Typically people who make requests on this board are looking for the cheapest option so that's why I guess someone suggested Aliexpress. I assume if you find a person who does custom printouts on Aliexpress they might just ask for a link to the artwork you are trying to get printed. The thing about Etsy some of the people who do custom prints may not want to do your print since its copyrighted art. Typically they mention that they dont do copyrighted art. I had this issue trying to find someone that could do company logos as water slide decals. For example Sony and Nintendo logos I needed for customizing game controllers.
