Is the "RYZEN 7 3700X Matisse" it's got 8-Cores at 3.6 GHz, but I'm unsure if I should upgrade or not.

I know I need to upgrade my GPU being as I'm still running a 1660Ti. Along with my MB that being a GIGABYTE B450M DS3H.

Since it's on am4 perhaps it's worth to try using from the 5000 series, even with a iGPU, these will allow you to save a bit of bucks on energy or to run cooler.
