It was a browser game(more like a tech demo), it had pixelated/8 bit style graphics. The game had a top-down perspective and you played as an little dude walking on a grassy field, with some trees, rivers, beaches, etc.The game had a gimmick, you could move the camera which gave the game a 3d feel(similar to pic related).I've played this at around 2019.
