looking for the video / audio recording from, I wanna say the bosnian war, of two commanders talking on the radio where one is pleading with the other not to attack and the other one says "i have my orders in any case"i may have some details slightly off but its famous enough that i know someone should have it. the video ive usually seen associated with is has like, soviet era tanks and shit driving down roads.
