I remember seeing it on youtube. I think there were 2 parts. They have an Angel appearing and telling a person they will be punished soon. I remember there is one with a guy and his punishment is to be on the run forever because his fear is boredom or wasting time. I think he had a roommate and he got eaten in the room by demons and it was rotoscope animation. Im pretty sure it was Asian or Japanese. Then the 2nd part was about a woman.
