I'm looking for a specific comic I remember seeing posted somewhere here on 4chan like ten, fifteen years ago, and I haven't been able to find it at all since then, maybe I'm bad at searching for things but I was hoping y'all could help me out.

I'm looking for a comic, it's black and white, of like, some lil girls having a tea party, it's three or four girls, and they're all just laughing and having a good time, except for one who's just kind of blankly staring at a muffin on a plate and she's thinking something along the lines of
>This is fun
>This is nice and all
>But
>I can feel inside, there's a part of me that's dying

I've been thinking about it a lot and I'd really appreciate being able to find it again and share it with people for them to look at and understand instead of giving them my shitty description of how I feel right now.
