I was listening some of philip grass songs, and this one sounds familiar...

I think it reminds me of those old DOS games, I thought of daggerfall, but after listening to a supposed complete ost, nothing like that appeared, I remember it started like the start, and then after repeating the same 4 notes 4 times, it switched to other 4 notes (maybe the terms I'm using are wrong, I have no actual musical theory knowledge).
Anyone else knows if there's some other music (most likely from some game) that sounds like this?

There's definitely going to be more than 1 video game out there with organ music.

if you are looking for a game, do you remember anything about the game?

are you looking for similar music in general or something that sounds very close?

I mean, I remember listening to a song which sounded exactly the same on the start, but then changed after the same loop repeated like 4 times, it's just that I can't remember which game it was.
it's something like the start of this

sounding like this at 1:36

But I think I can remember the game song also using the same instrument, starting the same way, and then there was a change

Recreate the melody you're looking for with a sequencer or record yourself humming on vocaroo.
