Hey I want a laptop that's cheap and smooth enough to use for school work, web browsing, and watching youtube. My budget is from 250$-350$ and with the way I acquired these funds, I can't buy used or anything like that, has to be a brand new laptop from an electronics store. So, don't recommend me those used business laptops I've heard so much about. I need the consumer stuff I can afford.
you're kinda fucked
>>1549054Used ThinkPad. T480 for example. Buy based on modularity and upgradability. Research X and T series.Have heard good things about the Fujitsu Life book U729 also. You can get something usable for that budget.
>>1549054Also you absolutely can buy something used. Buy something from the electronics store, return it, take the cash and buy a laptop
>>1549054Why can't you buy used one? I don't think you'll get anything brand new for this budget, used ones are your only option

>>1549054don't listen to /g/ trannies, avoid the thinkpad meme and buy a second hand gaymen laptop
>>1549054No such thing.
>>1549054Thinkpad. It just works.
>>1549054You can get one for even less money if you get a Chromebook and install Linux on it instead of their Chrome OS bullshit. Just make sure the model Chromebook you’re getting has a Linux distribution compatible with it first. If you can tinker with shit I recommend this for a computer on the cheap.
