Go to food kitchens which are operated by religious authorities
Go to thrift stores
Start begging if you have no skills
Use your acquired money to enroll into a trade school or go around looking for a low budget job
Start doing basic salesmanship to sell random shit you've got
Use facebook to find free shit people offer and then trade that in to a pawn store
Start learning music or buy an instrument or start making food or learn to cut hair, or even learn to sew and work at a tailor shop
Use your driving license if you have one and get a mortgaged car and start driving customers out
Alternatively all of the above can be avoided by joining the military and getting accommodation for free, you need good eyesight though

Look into whether there are government programs to help homeless people
Join the communist party or libertarian or whatever party and start sweeping as a worker for their office
Start tutoring Asian kids who want to learn German, use Italki or some shit
Use your Shengen to move to another country which has better homeless benefits, god bless the EU
Make up bullshit(but believable bullshit so its not a lie) on your resume if you're old, no one will bat an eye if you'd been a NEET
Go work at the warehouse, way better than retail hell
Use your health insurance if you have one in order to get money off of injuries you could've made outside
Use the charging stations over at trains and metros if you're using any appliances
Go to church and ask the pastor about whether theres anything you could be doing as a job or anything else, or if anything is offered in general
Use less social media and be less political on main so you cant be fucked over

The homeless people I've seen were homeless by choice, so they probably needed a shower, laundry, internet, and maybe some food.

I'm in the western US so almost every aspect of this issue will be very different but in my honest and direct experience the people who are homeless by choice are some of the very worst people there are to meet and I would not let one on my property let alone in my home.

Don't let your good intentions lead to regrettable outcomes.
