What anime is this?

I don't remember anything about an anime other than a small part of one episode: they go on a school trip to the mountains. One group goes off trail and gets lost. They panic and shenanigans happen and in the end a woman decides to undress and climb a tree. The episode reveals they weren't far from the trail and the main group could see them from a small distance but the lost ones remain unaware.

That might be GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) when they go on the class trip to Okinawa, but it's been so long since I last watched it I'm really not sure.

that seems like a pretty common trope. I know it happens in the VN Muv-Luv Altered Fable
