I regularly get banned without doing anything and when i'll look at the post that got me banned it'll be some weird spam shit that I never posted myself. How does this even happen?

Do you have a dynamic IP (phone posting)? If that, nothing you can do. I phone posted next to a high school for a good while and the bans I saw were hilarious
If you have a PC on a fixed IP or rarely changed IP, then you installed garbage 4channers recommend and are now part of a botnet
