I'd like to dream of my waifu Satania but I've never been successful. I love her so much and I want to talk to her. Can someone give me advice on how I can talk to her please?

But just to answer your question about talking to it though, that is actually one of the early steps to making a tulpa as I understand it. The more you entertain the idea that Satania is a person in your head whose listening to your questions, the more your brain works toward developing that character and it becomes easier to imagine how she would respond. When you're doing all the work, just imagining her talking to you, that's called forcing, which eventually is supposed to become automatic. If you have a bad feeling about it, I fully empower you to avoid it. Some people have been known to have bad experiences with things like this.
