Are there any more manga like Battle Tendency where the hero wins through underhanded tricks instead of strength or skill?

Kyou Kara Ore Wa had one of the characters pretend to be a delinquent and when real delinquents fight him he'll have stuff like a brick in his bookbag to bash people over the head with that they'll never expect and things like that. Just tricking people constantly.

Does luck count as an "underhanded skill" if so you might enjoy Irresponsible Captain Tylor.
