every audio has a corresponding text and visualization. if you are not reading the text for the exercise before you listen to the audio, you are going to get no results and bored. do not use noise canceling functions on your headphones. they’ll interfere with white noise in the audio. try to approach the audios and exercises as a form of meditation. read the text, follow the visualizations, feel very real physical feelings.
