I used to get “visits” from them. The first time i was scared to death and I believe they use the fear as a gateway to controlling you. Same. It started at 5. I laid down in my bed and then a "jolt" passed through me, orange light in my room. I could not move a single muscle. That's when I saw a "tall grey" enter the room. After that I do not remeber anything. I used to call them electric skeleton as I did not know anything about ayys or ufo's. Fast foward to now and it started again but this time it's an grey but she looks like Isis. She wanted me to be with her I told her no. I feel like I'm getting stalked/hunted.
